The maximal process temp is 1000 deg C (1832F), in the last few zones. It's not recommended to run the entrance zones that high.

The main furnace process chamber is approx. 14 feet long

The dryer chamber is approx. 8 feet long

It would take around an hour to get stabile at 1000c.

8 Zones in the process chamber... the larger portion of the machine.

The entrance heated section is a low temperature dryer ... the smaller portion of the machine. The dryer would remove any moisture from the parts prior to entering the furnace.

The gap between the dryer and the process chamber is used to keep higher temperature from the process chamber out of the dryer. The dyer temperature is ~100-200 degrees.

No water is needed on the oven.
