The Minipack Replay 55 EVO one step shrink system offers the latest technology from a company that has been producing shrink wrap systems for 40 years. All systems are built with patented sealing technology and a powerful fan that ensures perfect packaging results. The intuitive controls and 10 user-settable programs allow for easy operation.

Machines are covered with a full view plexi-glass hood for easy operation. The teflon coated sealing blades hold up four times longer than conventional seal wire and are precisely temperature regulated. Performance that is powerful and reliable, the RP55Evo can be used with Polyolefin or PVC film and can shrink wrap up to 6 items per minute. The patented instant fan stop prevents heat dispersion and enables energy savings.

An intuitive control panel is ergonomically placed on the front of the machines with a 3-digit display that gives clear and complete information. 10 customizable programs increase operator productivity. Adjustable hood opening is based on product size. Programmable fan speed for selected systems available.
