In just a few minutes the machine can do the most difficult work of the finishing process which is difficult and costly to do by hands and impossible for other automatic machines. Easy. Automatic.

It can process all types of jewels - even chains - and enables to process heavy and light pieces together.

The removed gold sticks to the cathode and can easily be recovered.

Product Description

The EN-44 is designed for medium production capacity of white, red and yellow gold jewelry from 9 to 22 karat.  

The EN-44 can process up to 33 pieces taking around 60-90 minutes depending on the size, density and complexity of those pieces.  

This model is based on the 2nd Step Energy system which uses small particles (up to 0.3mm in diameter) as a catalyst for the chemical process as well as a proprietary solution and brush technology. This process allows you to achieve a high, uniform polish even on difficult to access interiors. 

Includes a simple controller with a keypad and two indicator screens. This controller allows the operator to save specific parameter settings for each alloy. Made in Spain.
